Roads, Resilience & Power: Arunachal’s ₹7,834Cr Push

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has announced a Rs 7,834 crore infrastructure investment plan (2026–2029) to enhance last-mile connectivity, modernise the power supply, and build climate-resilient systems. Key allocations include Rs 2,334 crore for Phase-II of the Chief Minister's Comprehensive State Road Development Plan and Rs 2,000 crore for the Comprehensive State Power Development Programme, alongside a renewed focus on community-led disaster management.
